概述
1215-6H1178系列井用潜水三相异步电动机系按西德里茨公司引进技术制造。潜水电动机与潜水泵组成潜水电泵，长期潜入水中工作，适用于在深井中提取地下水，为城市工矿企业，农业灌溉及居民生活提供生产和生活用水，也可用于矿井抢险排水。
General Introduction
1215-6H1178 series water-submersible 3-phase asynchronous motors are manufactured according to the technology introduced from Ritz Company of Germany.Electric water-submersible pump is composed of water-submersible motor and water-submersible pump,can be submerged into water operating for long period,suitable for lifting underground water in deep well to provide water for agriculture irrigation,industry production and living water,and can be also used for mine dewatering in case of emergency.
使用条件
1． 电动机应完全浸在水中立式使用，其潜入深度不大于70m，最低位置距井底不少于5m。
2． 电动机为连续工作制。
3． 1215-1234系列介质水温不高于20℃。6H1162-6H1178系列介质水温不高于25℃。
4． 介质为清水，固体含量（重量比）不大于0.01%。
5． 介质水中不含腐蚀性物质，PH值在6.5-8.5范围内。
6． 电动机内必须充满洁净的清水。
Application Conditions
1. The motor should be submerged into water and be operated in vertical with a depth no more than 70m and the lower distance to the bottom of the well is no less than 5m.
2. The motor will operate continuously.
3. The motor for 1215-1234 series,the medium water temperature is not exceeding 20℃. And for 6H1162-6H1178series,the medium water temperature is not exceeding 25℃.
4. Solid content of the medium water should be no more than 0.01%(by weight).
5. There’s no corrosive things in the water,and pH value should be 6.5-8.5.
6. The motor must be filled with clean water. |
