概述 General Introduction
JQS1系列井用潜水三相异步电动机为湿式充水密封型结构，主要用于8”,9”深井中驱动潜水泵提取地下水，为城市工矿企业，农业灌溉和居民生活提供生产和生活用水。

JQS1series water-submersible3-phase asynchronous motors adopt a wet water-filling sealed construction and major used in 8”,10”well diameter of deep-well to drive the water submersible pumps to lift underground water for plants, mines agricultural drainage and irrigation as well as for city living water required.

使用条件 Application Conditions
1. 电动机应完全潜入水中，立式使用，其潜入深度不大于70m，最低位置距井底不少于5m。
2. 电动机为连续工作制。
3. 水质一般为清水，水中固体含量不大于0.01%（重量比）。
4. 水温不超过20℃。
5. 水中不应含有化学腐蚀性的物质，其pH值应在6.5-8.5范围内。
6. 电动机应使用在与型号中机座号相对应的井径中，如使用在超过规定的井径中或水池中，电动机外部应套装吸水罩，并保证流经电机表面水的流速不低于0.5m/s。
7. 电动机必须充满洁净的水。
1. The motor should be submerged into water and be operated in vertical with a depth no more than 70m and the lower distance to the bottom of the well is no less than 5m.
2. The motor will operate continuously.
3. Solid content of the medium water should be no more than 0.01%(by weight).
4. Medium water temperature should be no higher than 20℃。
5. There’s no corrosive things in the water,and pH value should be 6.5-8.5.
6. While selecting the motor, it is important to have the number of the motor frame corresponding to the well diameter. In case the motor has to operate in a well diameter exceeding the stipulated well diameter or operate in a pool, an additional water sucking shroud should be mounted outside the motor, and the diameter of the shroud should be able to guarantee the velocity of the water flow passing through the surgace of the motor not less than 0.5m/s.
